ohn Homa is an acclaimed acting coach who has been involved in the business of acting for more than 25 years. He has been instrumental in the successful careers of Kirsten Dunst • Jennifer Love Hewitt • Erika Christensen • Evan Rachel Wood • Eric Balfour and many others. Most recently John coached Julie Berman (General Hospital), Taylor Momsen (Underdog, Gossip Girl), and Charlie Stewart (The Least of These) to lead roles. He also teamed up with LeAnn Rimes on her first lead role in the feature film Good Intentions. ABC brought John in as a consultant in 1994 and since then he has been exclusively contracted to their award winning daytime drama, General Hospital. On a personal note, John has been married for 23 years and has 2 children, ages 17 and 14. He has worked extensively with adults, teens and young children and is extremely sensitive to the issues that are unique to the younger actor. John's ethics and principles are unquestioned and he will only work with children when the material is age appropriate.

John presently divides his time between his duties at ABC, private coaching, teaching acting classes, his production company, and the Actors Point of View Workshops which are presented in cities across the country. He can soon be seen in "Scream Queens", a new project by VH1 and LIONSGATE Films scheduled to air in October, 2008
